Coffee Machine, 3.5 Bar Espresso Machine, 800W with Milk Frother - 4 Cup Portable Coffee Maker for Latte, Cappuccino, Gift for Coffee Lover

My last expresso machine, which I had and used for years,stopped working recently. So I ordered this one as a replacement. It unpacked and set up easily with everything intact. All parts seemed to be high quality for a machine at this price point. I was excited for this bargain I found! However on the third cup, the water pressure blew up the filter holding the coffee grounds, which then fell off the machine (it was in locked position) and broke the cup and spilled hot coffee and grounds all over the kitchen. I contacted the company and sent pictures for product support. However I did not have a response for over three days and was very angry. I then called Amazon who said they would contact them directly. I finally had a response from Keenstar who asked that I send pictures, which I did again. They replied immediately and said they would send a replacement and I should throw the faulty machine away. The new one arrived in a few days and I can happily report it works fine. It produces a fine cup of expresso. The milk steamer/frother is great and fast. However the water takes longer than expected to heat up. But all in all, a great bargain. The pot holds 3-4 cups of expresso. The expresso is hot and tastes fine. I typically make cappuccino, so the milk steamer/frother is important and its my favorite part of the machine! Once they finally responded, their customer service department replaced the faulty machine and made me a happy customer. So a situation that started out negatively was turned positive by their customer service department. This seems to be a great bargain for expresso lovers.

I bought this machine to make espresso for martinis 🍸. I did not need fancy or expensive. Just functional. This machine checks all the boxes. Small footprint on my counter, easy to use, and the 4 cup carafe is awesome as during the holidays we will be making martinis for many.I made the mistake of putting the parts in the dishwasher. The funnel came out tarnished. The other parts actually did just fine in the dishwasher. I was looking to buy a replacement part and I contacted Keenstar directly. They offered to send me a whole new machine which I received today. They certainly didn’t have to do that and I wasn’t expecting it. It was my mistake and I honestly would have purchased another one because it does check all the boxes and is reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy any of their products. Thank you Keenstar.

works great, gives a nice and flavor coffe all the time. feels very compact and is very easy to use. coffe insert is very tight at the beggining but with a couple of uses goes in smoothly.i would only remove the standby button; ussually when you are done you turn the switch back but this type of coffe machine has a “standby” button that keeps warming the water. if you dont pay atention like i did you could leave it on “ON” thinking it was on the “OFF” position. another thing to let know is that i left it like that for some 9 hours + and nothing bad happened (my error), machine hold it and no pressure was trying to get out.recommend.

I knew I’d love this machine as soon as I got it. It def has its quirks and it takes getting used to, but I’m addicted to my espresso/cappuccino in the morning now. It just tastes fantastic. It does get very hot to the touch and make sure you get all of the steam out before you turn the handle for the grounds… hot grounds went everywhere once. I also don’t like how it is hard to load the grounds bc of the drip nozzle… it won’t stand on its own so it is a bit of a balancing act to fill. Another thing I don’t love is the frother. It is very hard to clean once the lactaid whole milk (I’m lactose intolerant) dries on there and it is kind of a nightmare to scrub it off. I tried to wipe it down right away, but it is tough. I ended up buying the instapot frother which is fantastic. Also, the machine is quite messy. The espresso will spray out the sides a bit where the cup isn’t fully enclosing the drip cap. I do like how quickly everything gets done now that I have the routine down so it performs well and speedily. One of the best things about the machine is that the drink stays piping hot and fresh tasting for quite a bit of time. I don’t have to guzzle it down so now I can really taste the full flavors of the cafe bustelo (my all time fave).It is quite small and fits well at my coffee bar. I appreciate how it doesn’t make a lot of noise so it won’t wake up my sleeping husband. The machine doesn’t have a lot of weight to it so you have to use muscle to keep it still when performing functions. The dial feels a little cheap as well, but it functions. The actual weight/feel/look is affordable so it doesn’t look luxurious by any means. However, it has been used 1-2x daily for a couple of months and it is still at peak performance. If it happened to break down I would get another one bc of the good price. We’re saving up to get a more fancy machine eventually. This does the job well enough for now!Update— 7/29/24— the photos with the light on:The machine is still working great. I’ve upgraded the tamper bc the plastic one wasn’t cutting it (didn’t press the grounds enough alone and didn’t fit the aesthetic). I also got the wooden “tamping station” here and it has made all the difference in filling up the espresso. I love the Instant Pot frother if you need one! It is silly how much fun I have playing barista in the morning (it is the little things <3). I have minimal mess now that I’ve made these changes and I always look forward to my next hot cup of java!

This coffee maker is fantastic! It brews quickly and consistently delivers rich, flavorful coffee every time. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a reliable, high-quality coffee maker that’s also easy to use!

I was spending too much money on coffee at the cafés. So I found this little esspesso machine and I am in love. The esspesso is really good and I've cleaned it off right after using everytime so it has been really easy to clean. The milk frother work really well. I use oat milk. Super fast and easy to use. Just read the instructions and I don't over fill it, so I've had no issues at all.

Picked this up when my expensive cappachino maker died. Fully intended to purchase more pricey one at William Sonoma. But what a wonderful surprises, This inexpensive maker works better, is easier to use, and makes great coffee. Keeping it for sure and actually going to order another as a gift! So pleased.

At first, was worried about quality, as it’s so light, but my barista daughter says it’s perfect, still!!! ( over a year old)!

This is the best dorm appliance I‘ve gotten to date. The colour is just like the picture and works great. I have a full cup of coffee in 40 seconds-I timed it and not only is the coffee strong and delicious but so quick to brew (SERIOUSLY, 40 SECONDS FOR A FULL CUP-ITS THE BEST!). Great for espressos too, super strong and always hot. The milk wand is also great for lattes, you can mix coffee flavourings with your milk and make flavoured lattes, and the frothier works great and is easy to clean. For the price it is AMAZING, I‘d expect something to work this great to cost way more, this is an absolute bargain and i love it. I use it daily and have had no problems so far, (have had it for 2 months) cannot recommend more, go buy this. Also it is adorable-what coffee lover who‘s favourite colour is green wouldn't love this? Seriously in love-would highly recommend.

I love this product!! It is very convenient, easy to use and clean. I love that is is small enough to fit into small kitchen countertops, and the fact that it brews coffee fairly fast.Overall, very satisfied with my purchase. I recommend this product 100%!!

This steamer arm is not easy to clean and has already stopped working properly, after only 2 months of regular use by 1 person.This thing needs a tank refill between making coffee and steaming. Have fun not burning yourself or having the lid pop off when your trying to refill. Thank god this is just for me, I would not be offering milk coffee options to guests. Bought a normal drip coffee for guests cause this is too much work just to get one cappuccino.

Not strong enough pressure for crème on coffee. For the price a great machine. Love the green colour too.
