Q: How can you tell when it is fully charged?

When the vertical mouse cursor moves slowly, the mouse needs to be charged. When charging, the scroll wheel will light up in green. When charging is complete, the green light goes out.

Q: Is this mouse a good size for small to medium hands?

I have very small hands (I wear child's size leather gardening gloves) and I find the mouse very comfortable. I can reach the scroll wheel and all of the buttons except the page forward button. Not surprising since my thumb is only 2" long!

I really don't know if mine does or not, I try and charge it over night so it matter. But I just pluged in the charger and my mouse works alright so far. I don't really know if yours has a problem or not but mine is charging as we type this note to you. So I guess you mite have a bad one or you have something not set just right. So just for the record mine does work while plugged in to the charger. I never do this because I always jsut lplug it in at night and by morning it is charged..
