Such a fantastic gift! The customer service is excellent - they made every change I requested and were so patient with me. It was worth the money for such a precious keepsake. Packaged very securely. Key note: They send you photo updates each step of the way to get your feedback, and through those messages you can attach more pictures - so a close up of a face or a detail. Unfortunately the emails from their customer support went to my junk mail and so I missed them for weeks. So check your junk mail!

Very fun gift. Can’t wait to give it to my brother who collects bobble head figurines. Easy company to work with. My figurine came quickly and it looks fantastic. Seems to be well made and was well packaged. It looks very similar to my brothers picture that I submitted. Kinda expensive. But it will make a great gift to someone who has everything they need.Highly recommended.

I am so FREAK'N impressed. I was so hesitant at first, but now that it has arrived, we are dying. My girlfriend has had multiple "caricatures" of herself done and none of them had hit the mark.This one hits it....100%. We can't stop laughing. Every detail is flawless.I can not thank the craftsman/craftslady enough.

The figure is right on, from what the photo I sent looked like. Great craftmanship! I didn’t realize it was being shipped from China but was surprised I got it before quoted. My only disappointment is the inscription on the base. Very unprofessional looking and on top of that, it’s smudged. Looks like I’ll need to try and paint over it and rewrite the inscription. 😩
