Natural Enzyme Cleaner Concentrate High Strength Pet Odor & Stain Remover Citrus Scent Non-Toxic, Makes Two (2) Gallons of Solution for Dog & Cat Urine, Feces, Vomit and Organic Soils

We had an issue with a cat deciding that it wasn't interested in using the cat box. It chose a carpeted area as the replacement. I've tried "enzyme"-based products before, without any real luck, but we were desperate for any type of solution, so gave it a try.First, our carpet is quite dense, so getting it into the carpet was a gamble. I mixed up as directed and dumped three different "servings" of this and the water on the carpet, then just let it dry. The smell went away the first night, replaced with a citrus-y smell that was more pleasant, but fairly strong initially. I frankly expected that to subside and then be back to cat smell.It did subside, but the cat smell has never returned. Even better, the cat hasn't continued to use this area. I think the initial citrus smell warded them away from it.In short, it worked amazingly well.Some notes:Don't skimp. Use as directed, it didn't stain or hurt our carpet. I dumped a lot on the carpet, then just let it dry naturally so it could do its thing. But it needs to get INTO the carpet, pad. Spray on just isn't going to cut it I don't think.This is a TINY container. The picture makes it look like this big container (and was the reason I initially purchased it, frankly) It's very, very small. But you only use an ounce per treatment "serving" - it's STILL one of the least expensive options as it makes 2 gallons. Be sure to take this into account when comparing prices.Pros:It works. And well.The initial smell is quite pleasant (IMHO)Cons:If you really don't like citrus, the initial smell may be a bother.That bottle. It's just so small. It feels deceptive, even though it really does make 2g.

2 surprises:1) The bottle is so small. Whoever took the pic for the product page deserves a raise as she/he made it look so big.2) The product does work! Instructions say 4 oz for 1 gallon of water, but I mixed at 6 oz for 1 gallon just to be on the safe side, and it was a success at removing the stench from my carpet. I used a spray bottle, waited 1 day and stench already reduced. Sprayed another round, waited a day, again better. Sprayed 3rd round, waited a day, back to normal.But it would not have worked so well without an UV light. Under the light I was able to see the stains and target the spray. Otherwise a lot of the spray would have been wasted.

I am trying to decide whether or not to keep this product! I just returned from a vacation to open a small package that contained almost 50.00 worth of products that I ordered from Amazon! It is partially my fault because I looked at the ad and didn’t realize the bottle was only one cup of cleaner for almost thirty dollars! The other product I ordered was also very small for the price! The photos look like they are much larger than they are! I realize they are concentrated, but still felt cheated!

About two years ago, my older cat decided to use both my couch and my bed within a few weeks of each other as a toilet. She was around 5 or 6 when this happened and had lived with me her entire life, so it’s not like she was introduced to anything new in her environment. Turns out she had a UTI, and after a vet visit and a few weeks, she was back to normal. I tried using regular pet stain and odor remover (just something cheap from Walmart) and while it did remove the overall stain, no amount of washing could truly fix our couch and my mattress. It was kind of a dull smell that we mostly put up with with the use of a lot of febreeze and fabric softeners. I purchased this product about two weeks ago because my beloved cat decided to pee on my bed again out of nowhere. The smell was bad. I mixed up a full serving of the momentase mixture (about 4 cups of water to 2 tablespoons of the enzyme) and drenched the mattress and couch cushions in it. I left overnight with a fan blowing on it, and by the next morning it was completely dry and there was no odor! Not even a whiff of the original stink. Just kicking myself now for not having purchased this a long time ago. And it even smells like oranges!

I foster dogs and have 2 of my own. I liked the reviews I saw for this enzyme cleaner and it was less expensive than what I was using. I mixed as directed and the smell of the product itself was horrible and it did not get rid of odor from fresh pee spots....even after applying more than 3 times and letting it soak no less than 12 hours. I ended up with the smell of dog pee mixed with rancid orange juice. This was a complete waste of money. I will stick with the 2 enzyme cleaners I know work. Endz-it and Anti Icky Poo.

I love the convenience of a small storage space of the concentrate to make a variety of amounts of eliminating liquid.As far as the product effectiveness...I am very satisfied with the elimination of odor. My large, 70 lb mix furbaby was on medication that made her temporarily incontinent. She would have accidents at night and when I was at the store or running errands. I rent, so I was very concerned about stains and latent odors that might be there if I moved. I don't want to lose my deposit. Anyway, after using this on various areas of my carpet, my sister who has a very sensitive noise remarked about how she couldn't smell any pet odor. It had gotten pretty strong the week I ordered this Momentase product.I will definitely order it again, and I have recommended it to friends and family as well.The price is excellent compared to many of the other products available here on Amazon. The concentrate makes two gallons of product where one gallon, 32, 16, or 12 ounces sizes of other products cost more than this bottle.Overall value, size, and effectiveness make this a top choice for me.
