Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 28oz, Pack of 1, 740ml

This is the best Sriracha on the market anywhere. It is consistently the same taste and quality every time I purchase it. It is definitely hot! But you can control the heat by how much you use. Don’t let the name Huy Fong Sriracha bother you. The chilies are grown and the sauce made and bottled in the USA. (But do look for that name, as there are knockoffs out there). May be a bit higher price than some, but the consistent texture, better tasting quality and the use of sanitation processes when making it; make it worth a little more. The taste is totally authentic and aromatic! It can be used in many different ways, from putting it on scrambled eggs, seasoning soups, added to BBQ sauces, to making Bloody Mary’s. Highly recommend adding it to your pantry’s staples list.

Love this stuff and it's always reasonably priced at Amazon. I wish it didn't have nationwide shortages like it has at times in recent years.

Good old Sriracha. Lover and user for years. Using for cooking and seasoning. Spicy but not killer. Like 3 chillies from 5 (white person from Europe with fixation in authentic Asian cuisine) but I use this just for Chinese and Thai. For Korean I go for gochujang. Sambal for others and so on.

This is the same stuff that they serve at Pho restaurants. Size is good. Color is good. Spicy but does not burn your mouth out. This pack is not always available. When it is, it is a good value for the dollar.

I wouldn't recommend getting any other brand except this one. Huy Fong Sriracha is truly the best! Hot, but full of rich chili flavor as well. Perfect for most Asian food.

I enjoyed this chili sauce and just about everything. Great with mustard sardines.
