The pen holder spins easily and doesn't make any noise in rotating it. It is attractive on the desk and holds many pens, scissors, small supplies. There are many colors to pick from as well. I would recommend it.

The plastic is a little flimsy but I’m not planning on throwing it off the roof. It’s light but stable, it doesn’t shake or wobble. I did use museum gel to hold it still. It’s cute and stylish. It fits nicely on the corner of my desk.

Holds a lot ! I have a mixture of alcohol marker brands so it. Holds about 46. That’s good for me. Spins well and feels secure. I’m please with item and would buy again. Looks pretty also.
