It was working great - keep the food hot for a long time

I purchased this thermos for my son's hot lunches. I have purchase other types and brands before but wanted a thermos with a wider opening. Upon receiving my order I went to clean it then place in the dishwasher (stated that it was dishwasher safe), for extra clean. After i got it out the dishwasher, I notice the cap seal had fallen out. I went to place it back on and it was damage to the point i couldn't put it back on. I highly suggest saving your money and purchasing a thermos that's quality and will last longer than one wash.

Works great for keeping food warm and bigger than most containers. I use it for lunch and it’s been so helpful!

Edit*I'm changing my rating from one start of three because customer service reached out to me and tried to make it right. I'm still not convinced their product is the best on the market. The rubber seal tends to pop off the lid and is hard to get back on. The first one I had they said was probably a faulty thermos because it completely fell apart within three uses. The second one they sent me as a replacement has yet to fully fall apart but again the seal does come offI am so I am disappointed with the quality of this product. It completely fell apart and is unusable before even getting a chance to use it three times. I would not recommend for anybody to purchase.

The seal in lid continues to come off. Very annoying. I would not purchase this item again. Going to use container to store items that won’t need a seal.

I love this little container when packing different foods for my kids! It can keep hot things hot, and cold things cold. I plan to get a couple of more for each of my kids to take to daycare in the fall. It seems leak/proof, which is great for me to just toss in the diaper bag. Seems very durable and high quality for the price!!

These are the perfect size for me and is quite easy to keep clean. It holds temperature well, does not leak, and is very easy to travel with as well. My only issue with it is that the rubber ring does pop out more than I'd like for it to.

So far, this works great to keep food warm for 2-3 hours. I need to test it out for longer, but works great for taking food on the go. The wide mouth also makes it easy to eat especially soup.
