I usually get the pads scented with the eucalyptus. This is my first time trying to sinus version scented with menthol and camphor. The scent is not as strong and I’ve only use them for a couple nights. I seem to feel much better in the morning so I guess they must be working but yes they are different And it works just fine and the length is just fine. It fits my humidifier, and I am using the Vicks warm steam humidifier.

Use with sinus relief machine helps sooo much for sinus issues, strength is perfect, smell is just fine when your use to Vicks, clears the sinus and helps you breathe and sleep better very easy to use

When placed in the slot for a dedicated steamer, they generate a very nice strong steam of vicks. Works well. Good if you have sinus congestion that is more than mild.

Good price, good scent but they don’t fit my steam inhaler. They are too long and I have to cut a bit off at the end. Obviously a generic product

This time of year I keep these in the house, they are perfect when the heat is on and the air is dry.

Smells really good. I bought them for my wife because she has sinus problems and she says that it has helped her a little bit. It obviously does not fix her sinuses, but it helps her sleep better.
