Only tag holder that HIDES the tag in plain sight
I've bought and tried several different toll tag holders from Amazon. This one works exactly as advertised. Because it's made out of a stretchablefabric, it had no trouble stretching a little bit to hold my CaliforniaFasTrak toll tag (which is just enough bigger than the East coast toll tagsthat it doesn't fit into some of the hard plastic holders). It has two advantages over the other holders I tried: (1) the bag somewhatdisguises the toll tag, making it less obvious to someone walking by that thething in the bag is a toll tag. This is quite different than all the othertag holders, (except one) which hold the tag directly on the glass and don'tdisguise it in any way. I liked that because I drive a convertible, anddidn't want the tag to be such a big temptation to break in. (2) You onlyneed one bag to move the tag from one vehicle to another. With the otherholders I tried, you need a separate holder for each vehicle. You move thetag but not the holder. But it also has some disadvantages over the models that mount directly to theglass, which are that it hangs down below the mirror, taking up a valuable partof the view that the driver will wish was unobstructed, and when you go aroundcorners or change lanes, it tends to sway back and forth. I found I was ableto mount a holder directly to the glass behind the mirror in a place where Icould not see it behind the mirror at all, and ultimately that was morevaluable to me than the disguise that the bag offers.

A bit pricey but works great!
I wanted a tag holder that would completely hide my tag. I have a dark gray car and I hate the way the bright white tag looks on my windshield. As I was looking for other tags, I saw a bunch of black tags that mounted to the windshield and this one. I read the reviews for this tag and thought it was perfect, except one reviewer wrote that it hangs down below the mirror, possibly obstructing part of the windshield. Another reviewer wrote that they keep getting EZ Pass messages saying not read or call EZ Pass. This worried me a bit, but I figured I would try it and if it didn't work, return it.Well, I love this tag! It certainly does "disguise" the white tag with the black mesh. I mounted it as instructed and it did block a bit of my view. I decided to wedge it between the top of the rear-view mirror and the windshield. I put the tag upside down in the bag to accommodate this. Not only does it hide the tag even more, but it is wedged so firmly in between there, that it doesn't move with sharp turns or stops. I wrapped the string around the rear-view mirror and half the time I even forget I have an Ezpass tag. (Please note that I have a darker tint on the upper top 5 inches of the front windshield).I went through the toll a few times since getting this and it has worked every time. The only con is that it is $6.99 + $4.50 shipping. A tad expensive for a mesh bag that one can make themselves. However, since I am too lazy for that I coughed up the $12 for this very recommended item.

EZ Toll works as specified.
I needed a tag holder that I didn't have to stick my windshield. I found this a great option or alternative to the clips and velcro strips in the market. I had issues in the heat the suctions cups or strip losing their adhesion. The bag is a pretty basic mesh bag for your toll tag, with a draw string so it stays tight to your rear-view mirror. It did take a little adjusting before I was able to get it in an ideal location so that it is out of view and will work at toll booths. If you dangle it as shown it does block a little of your field of view on your windshield. I think it depends on your rear view mirrors. Newer mirrors which have wires in the back for tinting the mirror or the compass, which prevent the bag from being tied tighter.I was able to flip it up and sit it on top of the mirror so it is out of view and works. Its great that is black and out of view.Make sure your toll tag is facing the correct direction otherwise it will not register.Pros:No longer sticking to your windshield with velcro strips or suction cups.Works as shownBlack making it not visible.Cons:Requires adjustment to keep out of view.

Motorcycle
Purchased this for use with transponder on motorcycle.. For those of you who don't want to "stick" that nasty Velcro to your bike, this is the item for you. It was mentioned that transponder would work in your saddle bag or tour pak. I can tell you it did NOT work in ours. We purchased this and have only gone through toll once with it, but alas it did work.. Wrap it around handle bar(left) facing upward. It's just a simple mesh bag insert transonder set on handlebar face up, wrap cord around and tighten the cord. Easy to remove and store in your tourpack/saddlebag where you can lock it up.

Works well everytime.
I got a Ford Mustang but I didn't want an eyesore glued to my windshield and I wanted to keep my Ez-Pass in position so I wouldn't have to hold it up everytime I go through tolls. Did some research on Amazon to see what my options were. They had these fancy leather cases that costed $30 and got mixed reviews about functionality. I didn't want something on my dash, I didn't want to spend $30 and I wanted something reliable. So I found this mesh bag, at $8-$10 it was the perfect price. Also it ties onto the rear view mirror and hangs right where the Ez-Pass would mount if glued onto your windshield so that means better reliability. Finally behind my rear view mirror it's up off the dash and out of sight, even from outside you would have to look for a bit to figure out what it is. So that's great for aesthetics and security. As I said my Ez-Pass has worked with 100% reliability mounted in this mesh bag, I had made serveral trips to New York and has worked on all the tolls.Bottom line this item is well priced and 100% reliable, I would recommend it to everyone who has an Ez-Pass.
