Very good Indian Cookbook

Bought as a present for someone. Skimming the book however indicates a good range and variation in recipes. As a result looks like a good indian recipe book .

As the name suggests its a great India Cookbook.....as its said ''Variety is a spice of life''.. this book is full of different varieties of dishes which are known but still unknown. But with this book we have the whole of India at one place.So I would recommend all cooking lovers to buy this book..... its a masterpiece..!!!

Excellent book , beautiful photographs depicting India and the recipes are awesome , simple and unique . A must buy !
