no contact information for customer support for the product. The egg turning feature is not working at all!! No instructions on how to troubleshoot or it the item is defective!!!Need to return as possible defective!!!!

I have hatched out 3 different batches of babies chicks of differentbreeds. This was well worth the money.Totality recommend ❗️

The item was delivered on time. The incubator was just tested, and its functions like temperature and humidity work very well. Chicken eggs are being hatched by using the incubator. It is an ideal machine for egg hatching. I will try it for laboratory use, such as cell culture...

Got it super fast. That was great but it came with no padding just a cloth bag. So led to the egg turner cog to be broken. It also come pre opened? The box containing the power supply was open and crinkled. Not a big issue as everything was still there but just be cautious when ordering as it’s not really secure in the box. It also doesn’t have clear instructions. Obviously figured it out but a kid might have a hard time.

I received this through Vine. The original I received came with a power supply/cord that did not work. Amazon customer service helped me by removing the order from my Vine account but as it was a limited availability item I was told to recycle/find another way to dispose of it as there was no need to send it back. My partner came home with a new power supply (he checked the voltage/etc to ensure compatibility) and I decided to give it a try. I can say that it did a great job as we hatched 10 chicks using the incubator and I plan to use it again in the future. Easy to use with instructions right on the top, turns the eggs every two hours (just did my research about temps/time and when to remove the egg turner which was also super easy). Hopefully this review helps someone!

I was really excited about this incubator, but there is so much wrong with this product quality wise that I cannot believe the nerve they have to charge as much as they are (it was valued at $99 when I ordered it).To start with, the dome doesn't sit easily in its track. It takes some fussing to get it to sit properly, which is heat wasted when you have an open incubator. Second, the whole top component--where all the electronics and sensors are located--came loose. Upon inspection, it is missing at least one screw that holds it to the dome, so it shimmies and shifts a bunch, making it just feel cheap. Especially when compounded with the ill fitting dome. Finally, IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK. To have an automatic incubator, you need the unit to turn your eggs; this unit is meant to rotate a gear plate to accomplish that, but mine doesn't turn. So unless I want to open and close it five times a day, this unit is worthless to me as an automatic incubator.I did plug it in as a test, and it happily reached temp. It didn't quite reach the proper humidity, having it plugged in for at least 36 hours--which is a shame because the main reason I picked up this incubator was the auto water feeder that powered the humidifier. I'm not sure if it would've worked regardless of the sub standard humidity, however, because I didn't test an incubation when I discovered it doesn't turn.Additionally--though I can usually overlook it--the instruction pamphlet is a terrible translation into English. One of the worst I've seen. Usually you can get the gist pretty easily, but I had to really think on some of the phrasing in this book to figure out what it might mean.Overall, skip it. Not worth it. Especially when there are cheaper units out there.
