High Quality Acrylic Template
My wife asked me if I could cut her 15 exactly same size circles. She is working on a project with some of the young women in our neighborhood. She didn't really care about the size, but they all needed to be exactly the same. I wasn't sure how I was going to do this to get them just like she wanted. I saw this template on Amazon and thought it might be the answer to this project. When I received it, I used it to cut out the largest size, which is 3 1/2" in diameter. She wanted them about 3/4" thick so I used some Alder I had around.I used my smallest plunge router. Once I made the initial plunge through the Alder, I set the template edge right next to the router bit and routed all the way around, keeping the bearing right up against the template. What I got was a perfectly round piece of Alder. I made the next 19. Yes, 19 because I messed up on a couple of them. It's this template that enable me to make these perfectly routed circles though. The template is 1/4" thick acrylic and feels nice and solid. There is no flex in it whatsoever. It's very sturdy. My photos show the sizes of the circles engraved into the template to identify their size. If needing a high quality template for making circles, this may be it.

Quality Made Circle Template
I've never done any inlay work, but I am looking forward to it. This looks to be a good quality template and it comes with a custom fit cardboard box that can be used to store it in. Most of the sizes are to the nearest 1/4", except for the 2-5/16" and the 2-7/16". I'm not sure why those specific sizes were included, but maybe I'll learn why someday. There are some tiny circles that I doubt I will ever use with a router, but they may come in handy if I need to draw some circles that size someday. All in all, this is a well made template measuring 1/4" thick, the circle sizes are accurate and marked adjacent to each circle, and it has a handy ruler etched along one side. I am very pleased with this item and I am looking forward to using it.

substantial manufacturing, some issues with design
It may see simple, it is a sheet of acrylic. But it has subtle features that make it versitile for making dutchman joints (bowtie, butterfly)1. It is clear so that you can see what will and will not be routed out - great for getting just the right patch2. Its wide variety of sizes3. At 1/4 inch thick it is pretty beefy and durable4. The shapes is the standard, visually appealing 2 to 1 (approximately since the finished size will depend on bushings and router bit diameters).Cons:1. The templates are packed in pretty close. So the two sided tape stick down method to keep the jig from sliding around will not have much of an area to hold, especially if you are using a heavy router2. The one sheet is a little big and might cause problems fitting this to the work in some unusual circumstances. I think I like the multiple sheet templates better it also helps with con 13. The small templates, like 1 inch seem to be too small to be useful, even with small inlay bushings. At its narrowest spot, the template is only 3/8 inch wide. So with a 1/4 inch bushing, and a 1/8 inch bit, the edges meet and there is nothing but two disconnected triangles for the inlay.Other than the small tape area, the cons are mostly circumstantial. Most will find this a useful product.I did a couple of small ones with my dremel with router attachment.

Safety net for routing valuable material
I mill my own live edge slabs with a bandsaw mill and do my best to sticker, stack, and dry them slowly, but wood just does what it wants sometimes and cracks are gonna crack. My freehand routing skills are just OK, and the risk of mistake goes up when you're working with valuable material, but this template will give me the confidence to add bow ties where I need them. Its a good size to fit in a drawer, is see-through so provides good visibility of the workpiece, and if taken care of should provide years of repeatable results.

Minor quibbles aren't enough to complain about (but I will)
Overall, this is a quality product and should last forever, assuming it doesn't meet with some sort of misfortune. The material is thick enough for a guide bearing to run along, and the selection of hole sizes (I ordered the circles) is pretty good. There are so many holes in this thing, I can imagine finding some clamping solutions to be difficult down the line. And the little ruler on the edge seems like an odd choice. I can't imagine that being super-useful (and I haven't checked its accuracy).A couple of the holes are so small that I would probably never think to try routing them.Other than those observations, I have no complaints about this template, and I expect it to serve me as well as my poor skill level will allow.

Well made template
Well, they call this a butterfly, but as a woodworker, I’ve always referred to it as a “dutchman” or “bowtie”. More importantly, this template is well made and the dutchman sizes are very accurate. I measured the 3” dutchman and my calipers read 2.9995” (see photo), which I’d call perfect. They state the template is 1/4” thick and I measured it at 0.284”, which is just a little bit thicker and very much appreciated. I like it when a manufacturer understates their product, vice overstating it.The transparent acrylic is hard and sturdy. It’s convenient to have 13 different-sized dutchman put together on one board, so they’re all together with nothing to lose or misplace except for the entire template.Overall I like this template and your only concern should be if you like the shapes you see and if you have the correct router bit to work with a ~1/4” thick template.

Very happy with this purchase!
This router template is very strong, I was little nervous would be too thin and easily break, but so far my husband and I have put it to the test and it is holding up nicely! It was a great price too.

Very nice quality
This is a nice template in very think acrylic with a good variety of sizes of circle. I wish there was slightly more surface area to double-side-tape it to the work piece but I am sure it is fine. Very useful.
