These do the job perfectly! I got them to show my science students how light mixes and creates complimentary colors. These are bright and sturdy! Glad I got them.

Excellent tool for teaching about light and wavelength. And the strobe effect is fun for a mini dance party when you're done teaching.

I wanted a red light because I have to wake my teenager early for school & didn't want to ruin my night vision--or trip over things in his room, or hear him complain that it was too bright. The blue light is VERY bright. The green light works well for stargazing. Housing is metal, not plastic. Update - The clear lens cover and the part that holds it in fell off the red light. My husband was able to reattach it, but it’s still loose.

Important for buyers to note that each flashlight is a different colored light (one red, one green, one violet), and not 3 colors on each light, and there is no ‘normal’ white/warm white light mode. Otherwise, good small size and seems pretty sturdy.

I used these in my Physics class to show the energy and combinations of the wavelengths of different colors of light. These arrived quickly and worked perfectly, without the eye hazards that come with colored lasers.

These lights were the perfect size for a science fair project that my son did. They were bright, durable, and quality lights. They were definitely worth the money!

Bought these for some science demonstrations and they work great! The have a solid light function, a low light function, and a strobe function (don't really need that but whatever). Good solid construction, and I'll buy these again if needed
