We wanted a simple black standard lamp which we had been struggling to find. This one was exactly what we were after. Assembly is simple (other than needing to remove plastic end cap not clear from instructions). The base is heavy and stable. The switch is on a flex from the upper column but is actually incredibly convenient, and not visually obtrusive. Ideal for use next to a sofa. Having been so happy with the first one we ordered a second when another light had a faulty (not replaceable) switch.

Well packed and a quick delivery. Easy to fix together with no trouble. Dont wobble like my last one that would not fit base properly. I would buy another and recommend it if you need one. Switch hang's down so you dont need to get up if it is near you and fiddle near the bulb. The bulb is a screw in so easy to change too. Very Pleased With It.

Even better than i imagined, this lamp stand is well made & the design is exactly what i had been searching for, simple yet elegant ( & with just the right lampshade ) depending upon preference i can highly recommend this lamp stand.Thank you very much.

Perfect lamp for your money, found it a little difficult to put the shade together but once done it’s lovely just what I wanted!

A nice tall stand for your light. Comes in 3 sections that you screw together. It's quite basic but great for the price
