This book was brilliant for my girl who was struggling with english it really helped her confidence in english and improved her English. There is good examples to look at lots of advice and tips. Only downside no answers bit I guess with english there is never one right answer.

Excellent lay out and cover and deal with the question ‘HOW’ to answer the questions!

Good book for y7 but would be helpful if answers were there too.

Helpful book for year 7 pupils studying the current AQA syllabus. It is divided into Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the end of year exam. For the low cost, it is extremely worth purchasing. This simple book helped aid my pupils knowledge of structure and language.

I think this book is a good way to build up vocabulary needed to answer the questions ultimately at GCSE. The students have to start somewhere and this is a great help.

Bought for home schooling during lockdown. A good book for practicing national tests/reading comprehension, I just have one reluctant learner!
