This phone is excellent. The battery life is great. It charged up to 100% in just over an hour with the cable provided in the box. It also has a mains adapter included. There is no phone cover or silicone cover but at this price that's ok. You can buy phone covers separately from a fiver upwards so not a problem. The processor is fast and at this price point is way above other more well known brands. The battery life is great too. I used it for three days switched on, some apps, internet, calls and texts and it still had 79% left on the third day. It comes with Android 13 but as soon as you switch it on it offers the update for Android 14. There are great themes, wallpapers and other features such as accessibility and the Gemini AI. It has split view, flexible window and smart sidebar. There is a good selection of quality ringtones and sounds and the audio quality of the phone is great. I highly recommend this phone and at this price you cannot buy a better phone. The camera quality is great too. It has a sim drawer and is easy to open and close with the sim tool provided. Start up from switched off is under 90 seconds. It is easy to use and comfortable to hold. There is a good solid weight to it but it's still lightweight and slim.

This is the second OPPO I've owned - the first one lasted almost 7 years (and is still going strong), - I only replaced it because being Android 9 it no longer supported certain apps. I'm mightily impressed with its successor and for the price, the A38 is amazing. Packed with features, has a great camera, easy to use, fast responses.... I don't play games, so am unable to comment on how they work on this phone, but all in all, I honestly can't see the point in spending three or four times the price (or more) on a Samsung or an iPhone when this is so good.

This is my third Oppo phone, I love them. Good camera, storage, battery life and more. Had few Samsung phones before and they would crash at times. Oppo no problems! Highly recommend.

Firstly, I do not need a phone to perform any fancy tricks for me, or store and use a plethora of modern apps. I replaced my last Oppo with a Samsung, but I then found that it was a younger persons phone and was capable of a lot more complicated usage and merely confused and annoyed me in the process. So I gave it back for a refund, especially after discovering that it was not even capable of performing the basic use of texting that covered even my humble needs. So I bought this new Oppo 38 and now I am happy, as it does everything I need it to do quickly and efficiently and it is really easy for me to understand and use.

Nice mobile with huge screen and low weight. I would definitely recommend this mobile. Compare to the price it is giving very good quality features. Five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I returned. I wanted to keep it sooooo bad for myself. My Granddaughter ordered it unknowingly. Tut tut!!!!
