It is small but much more powerful than similar size torches, so it is normal to have a lot of heat. You can lower the output or turn it off to reduce the heat or use lower output levels as turbo output is usually for emergency.

When the small LED torch is on, press and hold it to change output levels, it has six output levels with strobe (double press the power switch button to get turbo, and double press it again to get strobe), release it when get the brightness you want

Q: How long can this small flashlight last at 3600lumens?

It can last about 1 minute at 3600lumens, then the brightness will decrease to 1200lumens to prevent the flashlight being too hot and damage the LED or circuit. Turbo output is for emergency and an extra good feature of this cute flashlight.
