These adhere well and add enough arch to boost my painful, fallen arch without being uncomfortable, and they stay in place. They changed the girlie, blingy flats this 73-year old great aunt bought to wear to a wedding into a more supportive shoe that took me through the night. My only tiny complaint is that they stick to your foot, but a sprinkle of talc powder probably will remedy that.

I have tried one pair, so far, in my sandals that have an arch, but not a high enough arch for my very flat feet. They are very comfortable and add the additional arch support height that I need. They are pretty unobstrusive and not really noticeable.They seemed to stay in place, but the right one did fall out shortly after I put the sandal on the second time I wore them. Hence the 4 starts instead of 5. I'm being extra careful, now, to be sure they are adhering and staying put after I slide my food into the sandal and fasten the straps.I would recommend these if there is some arch support in the shoes or sandals you want to put them into, but you personally need more than that shoe or sandal provides.I have not yet tried them with a competely flat shoe or sandal that has no arch support at all.

Great for someone with a low arch but I have high arches so they don’t even support my arches at all.

Easy to attach and position. Did not feel “lumpy” or out of place

These are the perfect size and stay in place. I was concerned because I wanted these for shoes I wear no socks or hosiery with! They don’t stick or rub on my feet. They Do add the support I need under the arch and ball of my foot. I did reposition several times to get right, and they still stuck to my shoes with no issues! Been using them a couple months! Highly recommend!

These are better than I expected!

If you have a high arch feet, this can be very helpful to avoid over pronation and straining your feet.It stays in place and I like the fact that it's clear because it can be paired with any open shoes also.Moderately flexible and I'll give 4 stars for comfort.
