It’s a little gritty, but bearable. I like the fact that it’s really high in protein but also really high in fiber as well. My body responds well to it and the flavor isn’t bad. Tastes the best when consumed cold. Little on the pricey side but it’s better than mixing powders. Powders are too much hassle for me. These are perfect.

Protein shakes are my number one option before my workout in the morning when I don’t have time to prepare breakfast.It taste delicious and even my little one loves it and says it is better than chocolate milk.It is also convenient way to boost protein intake and what I love about this product it contains 0 sugar .

I wanted to leave a review of the Lean Body shake in 2 different flavors, cookies and cream and the Café mocha. However... due to the conflicting versions of the Café mocha at the gym and the one offered here, I have to go based on memory for the Cafe mocha.First off... let me say, I don't drink these for the taste... it's an added bonus! The taste of the cookies and cream shake is exactly as described. Think cookies and cream... except a protein version, without the guilt of a cookies and cream milkshake!Regarding the Café mocha.... I have to admit off memory, the taste was meh; I would have liked more of a coffee taste, more of a mocha tasting shake. Although the taste wasn't on parr for this coffee lover.... gosh dang... with 40g of protein, it's pretty hard to argue that this is a steal of a shake!

This is my favorite quick protein shake. With the 40 grams of protein and 0 grams of sugar it’s perfect to get me over the hurdle of my protein goals for the day. I used to be subscribed to Muscle Milk Pro for 40 grams of protein but they switched to 32 grams for the same price. I switched to this and haven’t looked back since.

Got the banana flavored one and it was definitely different than what I have had in the past.I would recommend drinking it cold or over ice, that is the way I was able to drink it. Did make me feel full which I liked.Great amount of protein in them so that is a bonus when trying to meet my protein intake for the day. Originally I though it wouldn't be so neon of a color but it was still good. Definitely recommend and I would buy again.
