This thing is built like a tank. It’s solid, the angle decents work perfectly, the knob is a little redundant. The markings are easily read. The edges are all radiused and while nice and all that prevents the use of triangles with bevels because the bevels slip under the radius. I don’t mind the price given the very high quality.I have a drafting drawer with very little clearance so I removed the knob and cut the stainless shoulder bolt that holds it, flipped it around and threaded it in from the top. This eliminated the knob altogether but even when tightened down solidly the detents still allow the angle to be changed. It reduced the clearance needed and made it fit but the radiused edges prevent it from being perfect for my application. Since I changed it I will be keeping it.

Everything you need in a t-square. Complete with easy to use pencils that are so much more accurate than the old fat carpenters pencils. And I love how much easier it is to store than the old always a t-shape ones.

I have not used it yet. Purchased as a replacement for "Matline" mat marker. Now, to those who manufactured the Matline - bring that product back! Framers love that device.

This is a simple but very effective tool. I found it works best to sharpen the lead in the pencil and let it rest under its own weight in the holder. You don’t need extra downward pressure on the pencil. I just used it on a siding job on my garage to mark the window cutouts. It worked perfectly.

This is a magnificently crafted and machined tool. You can feel the quality and craftsmanship immediately. Every angle is true, easy to read in metric or inches, and the slide functions with such ease and accuracy, if you make a bad cut or mark or anything like that involved using this...it was your fault!
