I love everything about them and I have to say I am rarely impressed with a product but this is 10 out of 10. Beautiful sparkles that cast enough ambient glow that one can safely navigate a dark room. It is both elegant and homey. It fits a wide selection of decors. I will be ordering more for other rooms. Easy to use, just add 3 batteries each wirh a simple off/on switch on the base.

It is quite lengthy but it's pretty easy to understand. Great option if youre looking for a monthly lease agreement - things can be crossed out or revised.

The form is longer, it covers so many clauses what is good to protect you.The rental law of your state may require some specific wording so double check before using this form

I'm still not sure if I want to rent my house out yet.... I bought a new one and my son said he didn't want me to sell mine. He was willing to buy it from me on a rent-to-own basis and I was fine with that... but he quickly realized he did NOT like the commute. So I am now toying with the idea of continuing to rent it out as opposed to just selling it outright.I got these forms just to look them over and see what I was getting myself into. They are VERY easy to understand and should I choose to rent in the future I will be MUCH more comfortable knowing I have a legally binding contract as opposed to one I write up myself that may not even be protecting me the way I think it is!

So complete it is overkill, much longer than it needs to be because it covers so many clauses that may not apply to your rentals. I might type this into a word processor and edit out things that don't apply to make it shorter.The state your rental is in may require some specific wording so always check before using this agreement.
