I purchased this camera on 23rd sept. 2024 and same was delivered to me on 28th sept.2024. The dealercosmic communication provides no technical support to install the camera. Hence the camera was installed with local support. I put SD card in the camera for recording, but the camera records for two three minutes and after few minutes shows no record files found. The camera most of the time insists for CLOUD RECORDING. SD card is not workable in the camera.You are requested to replace the camera or provide or provide technical support to rectify the fault.
