It is quite best oximeter to measure your blood's oxy hemoglobin level casue -- It has big OLED display panel with too glass finish- screen orientation can be changed either to portrait or landscape mode- It has continuos beep alarm with high and low level alert- Measures continuous oxy hemoglobin level in your blood- Gives quite accurate result and takes no fake result . I tested with a pen and took no reading .- Also detcts continuous heart beat with on screen graph. From the graph you can detect your irregular heart beat.- Has lower precision index than other oximetrs which helps to detect lowest level of heartbeat and oxy hemoglobin level of a patient- Has solid built quality with strong abs material- Shows the battery level on screen and the battery is replaceable with new AAA battery .- Above all USA FDA Approved and comes with extended warrantySo these are the points which makes it more perfect oximeter . It can be used on any person except child below 3 years . For child above 3 years , you can use it on the child's big toe of the foot

The only thing it lacks is auto finger detectionBut the monitor is quite good you can purchase itMine product was having minor defect that the back cover of battery was slight loose apart from that its quite good

Battery cover slips off easily.

I've seen and used 5-7 different oxymeters and this one is the best one by far.The different UI options, customistation choices, clear reading font, and crisp display are great features to have. The accuracy is good. The different plethysmograph make it easier to get readings. The only complaint is the battery back cover is loose fitting.
