This seems to work in my subjective opinion. I'm not one who normally notices an effect, even with products that do have one. This is a good supplement to use. It's easy to digest. I take these in the morning usually. I heard this can have a negative effect on sleep quality. I don't know about that. But I know ashwaghanda is better for sleep than this. I believe I have high cortisol at night (that has been a problem since before I was taking this). So I just take this in the morning and ashwaghanda at night as natural testosterone supplements. I am a 40-year-old male lifter, who does exercise 5 days a week, and I do a lot of walking and I am trying to lose weight. I can't say I gained 5 lbs of muscle in a month using this. But knowing that I can feel the effect of it working, I am sure that it has helped. Since this is natural, and not a direct hormone injection, there are none of the negative effects of TRT. I want to focus just on the review of this product, and I would say this does seem to be a good quality version of what it claims to be.

I bought this for a mixture of well being and sexual health reasons. In short order I noticed no specific, remarkable well being benefits, but noticed that I started apparently having some premature ejaculation experiences. When I stopped the supplements, that went away. I restarted the pills again and those symptoms came right back. Every body is different, so maybe it's just me. But I wanted to mention this, because perhaps someone else notices the same. (40+ year old male)
