This phone has been working well for me since I purchased it. For this price range, I get a phone with features like any flagship phone. It's a decent phone for all my daily office as well as personal work.No need to compare with high-range flagship phones as this phone is more than enough for our daily work. We can use a number of AI applications like Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT on this phone at our convenience to fulfill the AI requirements.This phone is fully functional, not only as a phone but also as a very good smartphone in terms of speed of response and consistency.There is only a small lack in battery backup that can be solved by replacing it. However, the battery backup is still around 5 to 6 hours with continuous use. This may be due to the 2020 model, and I can understand this for this price range. But still, it is manageable.Thanks amazon and fonezone.

Update. The seller didn't get any warranty and asked for money after selling defect phones.Bought the phone 1 month ago and just like nothing the screen goes black and stop working. The phone has not scratches or any signal of a hit.

Phone screen was blinking and turning completely white defective product please don’t buy and they didn’t give me my refund back.

Bad issue there’s always green on screen and phone just go turned off.

The screen was completely frozen after few hours of setting up. If anyone is thinking to purchase I would not recommend this product. The product should be removed from amazon.

Charger Missing. Blinking display.It was renewed item...received in a generic Box and Now they are asking me Samsung box. And not picked two days.Still not collected

i noticed that this phone is bad in touch
