The sound quality is amazing. I Truly believe that they are the best earbuds for this price range.

Great sound at a great price.

The earbuds do not charge simultaneously. Sometimes the left earbud will be at 20% after 3 hours of charging, while the other will be at 100%.The bass boost preset does not work (your audio sounds the same with it on or off). But if you set your equalizer to the Electronic preset you get some fantastic audio.Regarding game mode, leave it off. Latency issues are dominant when game mode is on.As with all earbuds I've bought on Amazon, once paired, it takes a whole 20 seconds for sound to come through the earbuds. The same goes for listening to music; after one track finishes playing, the first 20 seconds of the next track are cut out if the next track takes longer than 3 seconds to load or for audible sound to come through.According to every audiophile influencer review, these earbuds are phenomenal for their price; some even compare them to Bose QuietComfort earbuds, for a fraction of the cost. But that's just absolute nonsense.Phone calls capture every background noise, despite ENC, causing interactive voice response systems to repeatedly say, "Sorry, I didn't get that."One major issue I have with these earbuds is that when my phone is in my pocket, the audio skips every 30 seconds, like a scratched CD (if any of you remember those). But it might be my Samsung Galaxy S23 FE (after all, it is the absolute worst phone ever made).And don't get me started on the touch controls. Neither touching nor tapping the earbuds does anything. For a while, my ears were bruised from how hard I had to slap my ear for the earbuds to respond. But now I've learned that knocking on them hard works well (but normal knocks have no effect). A rule of thumb is: if the knock is hard enough to hurt your ear canal, then the earbuds will respond; any softer, and you'll get no response whatsoever. Double and triple knocks, as well as long pressing the earbuds does nothing.But the only thing I absolutely love about these earbuds is that they do not have volume limiters. With other earbuds turned up to 100%, I had to strain to hear, since the maximum volume on those earbuds was 40 decibels. The maximum volume on these earbuds seems to be double that.

earbuds won’t charge, something wrong with battery. i tried pairing and realizing the earbuds weren’t charging. removed the plastic layer put them back in the case and plugged it in and after 10 hours there was no charge.

I was first introduced to soundpeats with the true capsule which lasted me years. In terms of the sound quality the Clear is not as good as they were before. While these are more comfortable and include a sleek design. I believe there's better products in the market for sound and functionality. Very basic and gets the job done but that's it.
