Great old school and classic games console
First of all it is well built, sturdy and durable if you take properly care of it, size and dimensions are just as described, great design, colorful and stylish, it has some LED lights around your buttons that make a good difference, it literally come fully assembled, all you have to do is install two joysticks which is really easy to do, good old school games list, they all play very well , sound quality is great, better than expected, all buttons are very responsive, overall a great nostalgia gaming console, average value compared to similar products

Realistic classic arcade experience!
The media could not be loaded. I grew up in the 70s & 80s when arcade games were an important part of our lives and home video games were still mostly limited to the homes of a few rich friends. I still remember the excitement of receiving a couple of quarters from my parents and wasting them (all too fast) in Frogger, Ms. Pac Man, Pole Position and other games. As such I’m still drawn to these games. I still stink at playing them, but it’s a lot less painful when I don’t have to deposit another quarter every few minutes!I do have another retro game box with most all of these games on it and many more, however I struggle with the Nintendo 64-like controllers that it comes with. They’re just not as intuitive as the big joysticks they were designed for, which is a big advantage of this product! This comes with two of those joystick controllers which have the similar feel to the ones in the arcade, as well as 6 buttons each for the 2 players. The box has its own audio with adjustable volume, which makes it great for connecting to an old CRT VGA monitor for a real arcade feel, or to a modern HDMI TV. A nice touch is the changing colors that shine through the acrylic base. It comes with 2 extra buttons, which I assume are to allow you to replace ones that may go bad in the future. Having 2 sets of controllers on the base allows for head to head gameplay, just like in the arcades. The games themselves look very true to the originals. The sounds is great and the images look sharper than ever on a modern TV (despite being designed to run at a much lower resolution). While there are a ton of games on here (unfortunately I cannot find a list of which games are installed anywhere online), it seems like there are a ton of fighting games, but not some of my favorites like Pole Position or Frogger, while other favorites like Burgertime and Super Mario Brothers are there. The printed instructions provided aren’t very good - They are printed way too small and in rather poor english so they weren’t very helpful, but a few minutes of clicking around on different buttons and I was able to quickly figure things out. Finding games was initially challenging (sorting through nearly 3000 of pages of games is a bit much), but the search tool works well and it keeps a list of your most recently played games making it very easy to return to your favorites, as does the sort tool by game category.I have only a few complaints about the device:1. First is related to the poor documentation and minimal information available about the product. There is a memory card installed in the unit - Is it possible to add additional games to it? If so, how? What games are installed on the device and which versions? How do you use the replacement buttons? Legible documentation that makes sense would also make it easier to start using the product quicker.2. While there are many thousands of games installed, many of my favorites aren’t (Frogger, Pole Position, Battle Zone, etc…). Many of them games are redundant versions of the same game and don’t quite match the title shown in the menu, some only offer non-translatable text, etc…3. There appears to be games from different platforms (i.e. Arcade, NES, Sega?) which accounts for the multiple versions of many game titles. While sometimes it’s fun to explore how a single game differed across various platforms, sometimes you just want to re-experience the games you had on the platform of your childhood or replicate the arcade experience. While you can sometimes estimate the platform of the game based on the sample that appears in the menu, sorting by platform is a feature on my other retro gaming device that would be nice to have.Overall, this is a great device with gameplay very faithful to the original arcades and many, MANY games to play but a few noticeable favorites missing that are available on other platforms. But a key advantage of this device is that the games just seem to work better than on my other platform. Perhaps it’s the design of the joystick and 6 buttons (rather than trying to map everything to a Nintendo-like controller), or perhaps they did some tweaking to ensure things work, but it just seems like I’m up and playing in every game after just a few seconds of clicking around.
