I did not notice any difference in weight or cravings from using this. I would also say buyer beware..... from the time I started using this, I had very frequent nosebleeds, and some headaches. I thought it might have been due to the stress that was going on in life, but the nose bleeds stopped between me taking a brief break after finishing one bottle, and starting the next. When I started the next bottle, within a couple of days, it was back to the nosebleeds. When I quit taking the supplement, the nosebleeds ended again.
