are they packaged discretely

When I order from Amazon they have arrived in plain brown box - whereas if I order from local supermarkets they do not come discreetly delivered.

Are the pants washable & if so do they dry quickly?

No the pants are not washable, they are disposable.

Can this underwear hold a med to heavy leaks? Will i need to still use a pad with them or not? Can they be used at night? Will my pubic shape show?

Yes it holds med to heavy leaks. Comfortable over night. Looks the same as white underwear. These have really helped my mum.

Hi would a large or medium be best for a size 22 please? Thankyou do much! ☺

I would try a small number of medium size of I were you.
