Old El Paso Tostada Shells, Gluten Free, 12-count, 4.5 oz. (Pack of 10)

I bought this big pack 2 weeks ago. Product arrived in great condition. Boxed perfectly. Big fan of old el paso tostadas. I had a big party at my house a week ago. We opened up the individual boxes in the pack(day of party) I was surprised to see that none of them were broken. WoW. Way cheaper than buying from the store. Taste was same as store bought.Worth the money if you need a box lot of them. Amazon did pack the product very well for delivery. Thanks Amazon

We use quite a number of these but are impossible to find locally, Thankfully found these on Amazon at a great price. Pack of 10 boxes with 10 each will keep us in tostadas for some time, but fortunately the taste does not deteriorate in our experience. Old El Paso boxes these in sealed packs of 10 each which helps to prevent breakage. Locally available tostada shells provided by a different company are rather loosely packed in bags with no protection against breakage and so are almost always broken into pieces when on store shelves. Amazon double boxed these Old El Paso tostada shells so along with the factory boxing they arrived all intact.

Purchased 1/31/2025. Delivered 2/6/2025. The Best By Date is 12/20/2024. Opened one box to check for freshness. Product stale.

These ended up being the same price as buying them from supermarket. Came fine but def are a little oily when you warm them up.

Delicious and had no issue with broken tostadas as other reviews mentioned

I was skeptical when I opened the box (plus wrapping) and saw how thin these are. Yet none were broken like the bagged and other boxed brands, and they hold anything I could fit onto them. Heat or slightly toast and start with a thin layer of mashed beans (we like canned black). Then add whatever you like -- shreds of chicken breast heated in salsa, crumbled feta, sour cream, avocado bits, cabbage strips, whatever. These fragile-looking tostada shells didn't break even with heavy toppings.

No funny after tastelike others Ive tried. Pkg sturdy None were broken. Great thickness to support toppings yet not be overly thick. Excellent tostada shells in every way..

The shells in the three boxes that I opened were mostly broken. It makes it hard to eat them. I expect that the other seven boxes will also contain broken shells. I would ask that the shells be replaced, but I expect the next shipment would be broken, too.
