I was pleasantly surprised by these gummies! Firstly, I am vegetarian so I appreciate that these are vegan! Over and over again I want to try gummy supplements but end up having to get the pill version because the gummy has gelatin. These are made with tapioca and pectin. I also notice that these have seaweed extract which support gut health, balance blood sugar, and promote clearer skin. I know it’s not the intended use, but I have noticed my skin become clearer and less dull since I started taking it. These gummies have a tasty berry flavor and are soft, I don’t know why some people said it was dry, maybe they left it open. I keep mine closed in my fridge. I have anxiety and usually my brain doesn’t stop talking when I’m trying to fall asleep, but the magnesium glycinate and L-theanine in these really help to calm me down and I’ve noticed that I’ve been remembering me dreams better since taking them as well. Probably because I’m getting a better sleep at night now. I have also taken 1 during the day a few times and they have a nice calming effect but don’t make me drowsy at all. So maybe they’d be good to eat one before doing something that might make you anxious such as a job interview or 1st date. Lastly, I have a very sensitive stomach but I had no issues at all with these. Overall I recommend this product and can’t think of any negatives.

Really liked the taste and texture, and the L-Theanine mix works great for staying calm and relaxed. Only downside is the gummies dry out fast – the last ones in the bottle were pretty dry. Would be perfect if they stayed fresh longer.

The vitamins arrived when scheduled. I have only taken them one night so far, but they are working as I had expected! The taste of the vitamins is also decent.

I take these every night and I sleep pretty good now. I was having a lot of problems staying asleep before. The only thing that concerns me is the texture. The texture is different with every bottle. Some bottles the gummies are sticky, some are dry, and some are crunchy. They still work the same so I keep buying them.
