Q: How do you season this pan?

Wash with soap and water. Rinse and dry. Spread a small amount of light cooking oil inside the pan. Slowly heat it until quite hot, but before smoke is visible. Turn off the heat and let your pan cool. Again add oil and heat. Cool and heat one more time. Empty and clean your pan with cold water. Your pan is now seasoned.

Q: Can you use this in the oven?

I've removed the silicon handle and used this pan in a 450 degree oven many times without a problem. I can't find anything on Alegacy's website (manufacturer) saying whether they recommend using these in the oven or not. Typically I turn to my cast iron pans when I want to cook in the oven, but, in a pinch, it seems to work fine.
