The basic black, sturdy and functional
This bag seems to be made, and sewn really well, and holds alot. It has adjustable padded shoulder straps, 2 water bottle pockets, smooth zippers and other pockets, inside and out. It's got all the basic requirements for multiple uses. It fits a school laptop and folders, etc, but it also fits a change of clothes and toiletries. It is water resistant, so it will most likely keep everything dry if you get caught in the rain. It doesn't have one of those USB connections like alot of bags come with now, but that doesn't really matter to me, since you can still carry a power bank and cord if needed. You can also clip on some carabiners on the front, for anything like hiking gear to keys or charms to personalize it. The only thing I think it should have, that I didn't see, was an anti pick pocket. I always like knowing there's a pocket on the back of the bag, that can't be accessed from behind you, without your noticing. Other than the lack of the hidden pocket, I like this bag, it's simple, to the point, looks good, very functional, durable, and I would even give it as a gift, I do recommend. I hope this info has been helpful.

Quality
This backpack is a good value for the money. It has a lot of pockets. The zipper work and stitching is very good. The color is accurate and the product resembles the pictures completely. It holds a high capacity of both space and weight. The size is about medium range. It appears to be durable and has held up under rigorous outdoor use for nearly a month. I recommend this backpack.

Lightweight And Comfortable To Carry
This backpack is made from a lightweight fabric. It has lots of pockets, and some webbing that allows you to attach things to it if you wish. The shoulder straps are padded and comfortable to wear. It is big enough to allow my husband to carry his laptop and lunch to work, with room left over for other things. The fabric and zippers don't seem quite as durable as those on other backpacks I've had in the past, so I'm not sure how long it will hold up. For the price, I think it's a fair value.

She likes it! My wife she likes it!
As many husbands know, it is difficult to buy something made of cloth or cloth-like material for your wife that she likes. This backpack is the exception. My wife said, "It's just what I was looking for." I've digressed from the subject, but I've never heard those words before. Here is why she said this:The 20L Lightweight Backpack has good capacity. A jacket, hat, papers, and anything else that may be necessary fit in the backpack. I saw no signs of the seams being overstressed or the zippers strained, and an inspection of the stitching revealed no flaws. The only downside I see is that there isn't sufficient padding around the laptop area.Overall, this is a very good backpack. It has held up very well under being stuffed. It has many zippered storage spaces and a small footprint—all for $34.

Great looking, small (20l), light, well laid-out backpack
INITIAL IMPRESSIONS --- The backpack arrived overnight and was well-packed in a plastic bag which was in a plain box (which is good for items left on the porch).I ordered this pack because it is a little smaller than the pack I was using for work. I think it just might be the perfect size for a work-pack.Materials feel sturdy, and the stitching seems good. The pockets are laid out a bit differently that most packs that have a large, medium, small pockets - there is a large pocket closest to the back that has a nice sleeve for my 15" laptop (it might fit a 17") and a light jacket. Then, in front of that and at the top, there is a small zippered pocket that is good for my sunglass case, mobile phone, writing tools and a small notepad. Below that is another, smaller zippered flap-pouch that is a bit less protected than the top pouch; I put a couple of protein bars in that one, but could fit a lot more. Underneath the flap-pouch, there is a medium-sized pouch with no zipper, but has adjustable straps to change its size. I put a few tools in that pouch, but could fit A LOT more in there if needed. On the sides, there are two large drink holders that seem deeper and more secure than most - perfect for water bottles. There are also molle attachments that I'm sure I'll be using as I "move in" to this new daily driver pack.I'll follow up in a month or two to comment on durability, but for now, I'm VERY happy with this product - tough to find a pack this good, at this price.

Not too bad
It's not the most comfortable, but it's not terrible, and it definitely does the job of carrying my stuff during the day. There's a slot for my computer, though it's not padded so I don't feel it would protect as well as my other computer bag. It's good for day travel and walking- not so much for hiking. Works well for an overnight trip carry on- it fits a good amount and met the airline carry one requirements.
