Very heavy, had to open up and remove one panel at a time to get it in the house !

Not the fault of the door itself - but my doorframe couldn't accommodate this. I tried installing it twice and even hired someone to help and the conclusion was my incredibly narrow door frame couldn't hold the the door at the top. I've got a pantry that someone before me built from regular wall and placed no door in the entry way. I thought this would look fabulous - and it would - but the description here clearly notes you will need to attach at both the top and one side of the entryway. My pantry has too narrow, or too fragile of a top enclosure to let you attach anything to it. It started crumbling when you put the anchors into it. We tried bracing it with a new piece of wood, but then that extra space the new wood took up meant the door was too large to fit.I don't hold that against the door manufacture, of course, but I do want to stress to anyone else who might be thinking of ordering this to measure their space very carefully. You can't just attach anchor this into painted particle board and if you have older or very thin wood in your door frame it might very well split when you try to install it. There's like a hundred youtube videos that tell you how to do measurements and check if your entryway was framed correctly. I WISH I had looked for one of those before ordering this.In terms of it being a door - yes, it's very pretty. Exactly as described. I'm thinking of painting it blue and installing it at my sister's house. It can be a pretty minimal look or if you decide to paint it, it could look a bit like the Tardis.

I really love the look of this door. I think the natural wood color is beautiful and goes well with the farmhouse décor, though I think it would work well with other too. I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space and if you choose to leave it open most of the time, it’s not in the way. The glass looks beautiful and adds a little flair to the door. I also like that you can’t see all the hardware and tracks for the door. I don’t think I would want to use it as a closet door, just because I don’t like to see everything in the closet, even if it is blurry. However, as a door between rooms, or for a pantry, I think it works great.
