More of a build, fold, or spin instead of a rubic cube type toy
I purchased this as a gift for a 9 year old. It's lightweight and quite small. Comes in a very small box. Makes me feel like this item costs a bit much for something so small. I definitely recommend buying a higher quantity of cubes because then there are more option designs to build. The magnets work well, the spinners work well too. Kits have a great time creating designs and sharing their creations with one another. Colors of the cube are vibrant. Looks like a rubic cube when placed in a 3 x 3 configuration, but it does not act like a standard functioning rubic cube. It looks well made and not cheap looking. Kids throw them around and they have not broken. Keep in mind the pieces are small.

Very captivating and promotes creativity
Bought a lot of fidget toys for my son's surgery to keep him busy while prepping in the Hospital. This one was by far his favourite. There's so much to do with the pieces. Create different shapes. The added colour features made it more fun as well. I couldn't believe how creative he was getting with such a simple toy. The magnets are fun, it snaps in place so "it's satisfying." We've had the toy for a few weeks now and he always navigates back to this.

Fun, But Misleading Information
This is a nice little set of building cubes. However for $60 I really thought the whole thing would be much bigger, and that they somehow lit up as in the video. They do not light up on their own, you need to use the little UV Flashlight, so the video showing the kid using it as a figit spinner and it lighting up is not really accurate. This kit, for what you get, is way over priced, and most likely not a purchase I'd make again unless the cost is half of what it is.

item is smaller than advertised / Safety
I recently purchased the TOSY Magnet Cube 4x4 (and the 3x3 set). The product listing specifies dimensions of 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm, which I understood to mean the assembled 4x4x4 cube measures approximately 3.94 inches per side. However, the individual magnetic cube blocks I received are much smaller: each measures about 0.625 inches (5/8 inch) per side. When four blocks are lined up or stacked, they only measure 2.5 inches total – meaning the fully assembled cube is roughly 2.5 inches per side, not 10 cm.This significant discrepancy makes the product materially different from what was advertised. Safety Concern: Choking Hazard for Younger Children. The individual magnetic blocks are very small—each about 0.625 inches (5/8 inch) per side—which easily fits into a child's mouth and poses a serious choking risk. Powerful rare-earth magnets inside add extra danger: if swallowed (even one or more), they can attract across intestines, causing severe injury or death. While similar TOSY products warn of this magnet hazard, the listing shows "Manufacturer Minimum Age: 72 months" (6 years), which seems appropriate. However, it's marketed as a "Gift for Kids" without clear emphasis on the risks for children under 6. I recommend stronger warnings and confirming it's strictly for 6 years and older to prevent accidents.

Really overpriced, but decent quality
Saw these pop up on a sale right before a child's birthday, and got them as I thought my kid would really enjoy a fidget item like this. The magnets themselves are solid and it's a fun toy to play with. If you want a pocket-size fidget or an infinity cube that's more modular without the edges being connected, this could be a great fit for you. Obviously it's on me for not checking the product more thoroughly before making an impulse purchase, but I thought this was going to be a larger set of small magnet cubes, and was surprised when we opened the whole box to find 8 inside. They're still a decent set of cubes, but on sale, it still works out to about $1.50/cube, and it is absolutely not worth that much, let alone the close to $2/cube at full price. We have a full set of child building magnets that work out to about $0.50/magnet at full price without shopping discounts or holiday sales that pop up frequently. Fun idea, but I'd have to shell out double or triple the amount of our full magnet set to get enough of these little cubes to build anything more than a line, cube, or simple pyramid.
