Tried this pillow for a few nights and I’m really liking it. The support is great — my neck feels a lot better in the morning, and the shape keeps my head in a comfortable position. The memory foam feels soft but still holds its shape. The cover is easy to take off and wash, and the pillow itself feels well-made. Overall, super comfortable and worth it for a better night’s sleep.

After damaging cervical spine C3-7 and having multiple spinal injections i tried multiple cervical pillows. Most pillows left my neck sore the next day but not this one. I also switch during the night from back to side sleeping, this pillow works wonderful. I wake up fully rested and no pain!

I'd previously been sleeping on a down pillow, and I've been in a lot of neck/shoulder pain as of late. When I went to see a deep tissue therapist for some relief, it was unsettling hearing her say how "weird" my left shoulder appeared. So when this pillow came up in my feed, I decided to give it a try. It is VERY firm. I'm not a huge fan of a firm pillow, but to be fair, it is stated in the description. I wish it had slightly more give to give you that sleeping-on-a-cloud feeling. But that aside, I think it has helped my neck and shoulder pain tremendously. I am a side sleeper who sometimes switches to my back (and previously was flopping forward to my stomach by being bent forward at the waist for a bit just to get a different position for some relief, which would then cause my legs to fall asleep). This pillow keeps me mostly on my side with adequate support. After sleeping on it for nearly three weeks, I'm not tossing and turning nearly as often at night! I will say that it does take some getting used to. The first night I slept on it, my neck hurt a lot the next morning. However, as you begin to adjust, and also I'm guessing you "break in" the pillow some, the pain is relieved. Again the manufacturers do say to switch back and forth between your old pillow until you're adjusted. I didn't do that but found that I was sleeping much better after only a few nights. One other warning - I wear a nightguard that unfortunately causes my lip to jut out a bit, and this pillow can cause a person to drool. Again, something slightly less firm would perhaps solve that. I hope the manufacturers at some point consider a firm layer on the bottom for neck support with a layer of just a bit of extra give on the very top for that extra comfort for those of us with a softer preference. But I'm very happy with the support of the pillow, and it's helping my neck and shoulder so much that any minor inconveniences are easily overcome.

Still testing this item. It is too hard, and thick at the neck. I'm in my 4th night and today my neck finally feels better, so I'm continuing a few more days. It was really sore the first 3 nights. My doctor recommended a pillow " like this". I'm not sure if this is the exact one but it looks close. Jury is still out

This Elviros cervical pillow has made a big difference in my sleep. The memory foam is supportive without being too firm, and the ergonomic shape keeps my neck aligned all night. I wake up with less stiffness and no shoulder pain. The quality feels excellent, and the medium firmness is perfect for back and stomach sleepers. Definitely worth trying if you need better neck support.

Not firm at all, the quality is trash, offers zero pain relief, I bought a previous version that was much more firmer this is an expensive rip off

This pillowcase is for the best pillow I have every had. It is for my Dozela pillow I bought on line. I am a side sleeper with a major shoulder injury and I am waiting for surgery. It fits perfectly!

Great pillow , just need a little time to get use to it but once you do it’s worth It . 2 options for sleeping with this pillow which is great if it feel to high just swap it around to the Lower option! I think one is for side sleepers and the other for back ! Neck support is very good , it’s fairly firm but not uncomfortable
