By tying them on the pull-up bar I use them as suspension trainers, gymnastics rings, exercises for biceps and triceps, all sorts of calisthenics, I'm even using one as a SEAT for a home-made swing (still using the pull-up bar, of course!). There are ENDLESS uses for these cotton straps, endless exercises and creative ways of using them. Incredibly strong and resistant. One of the best products I've ever bought.
