This is quite literally a game changer (pun intended)
Pros: amazing functionality at its price point. The easy to reach dials for joystick tension. The attention to detail on the handles portion and buttons with the textured feel. The long (or short) press of trigger buttons. Not too heavy and the mechanical type buttons have a satisfying feel to them.Cons: there is not a really good charger stand available. I searched online and found they did have one made, it was just terribly rated and not really worth the money. There really isn’t an innovative or secret way to store the dongle.Overall: great product, I’ve been using cheap controllers for my gaming and I wish I didn’t know what I could’ve been missing with a quality controller. It does look kinda lame just sitting there on the desk plugged in. Wish they offered a charging stand with the product. All good though! Their bare bones approach just really highlights their product quality and value. I do wish they specifically advertised they had a two button slide toggle on the underside of the controller, I almost didn’t purchase these because it didn’t explicitly say it (or show it)

Still #1 (in it's price category, if you have the money get the apex)
The controller feels like the most amazing controller I've ever used in my hands customization with dead zones and the placement of the back buttons I will now expect on every controller I use,I think the biggest disadvantage is that it now makes me wish that all controllers had adjustable thumbstick tension. I always keep the one that I used to aim at the highest setting and the one I used to move around at the lowest, I'm really tempted to buy the new Apex 5 now but specially if you can get this controller on discount it's a must buy,One true downside to this is the software unlocks a lot of features but downloading it looks like a virus it opens a few terminal windows and requires to be run as an administrator... but everything from the clickiness from every button on the abxy as well as all four switches on the M1 through M4, even the optical switches inside the trigger adjustment, I love it... the only second controllers I've used are from 8-bitdo, and no offense to them but the Vader feel is just like the old Xbox controllers everyone used to use, but it just feels natural in the hand. I was never a controller player before but this controller has changed my outlook

Good controller
The controller is quite nice overall. Feels good in the hand, the LEDs are great, the buttons are responsive and fast. The adjustable joysticks are very nice. The vibration is fantastic. My only complaint is that the plastic attracts a lot of oil. It is hard to keep looking clean. I would have liked to see better quality plastic but it still feels good in the hand, it just doesn’t look good after using it. I personally would like the face buttons to have more travel as well. Aesthetically, it is a little dull to look at. The Flydigi software is garbage but functional. It’s a great controller nonetheless.

A Surprisingly Excellent Controller
As an older gamer who's been around the block, I can confidently say: the Flydigi Vader 4 is absolutely worth the money.First off, battery life isn't an issue because it doesn't require constant charging. The controls are extremely responsive, whether you're playing wired, over Bluetooth, or using the included dongle on PC. No matter how you connect, it just works. I do recommend the dongle for responsiveness. What really impressed me are the programmable buttons. There are so many of them, and they're ridiculously easy to set up. I don’t usually mess with customization, but this made it simple enough that even I dove in.This controller honestly reignited some excitement in me. It's got me thinking about starting a YouTube channel for product reviews—even though I have no clue where to begin. But I do know gaming, and I do know quality when I see it.And this is quality.I'm already planning to grab the Apex 5 when it drops. But for now, the Vader 4 has definitely earned its place as my go-to controller.

The Best One for Pc Gaming
Formerly obsessed with my Xbox controller, now I cannot stop using the Vader 4. The vibration in this thing is impressive, not to mention its precision, ergonomics and the configurable triggers. Lights are subtle and a nice touch

It feels like next gen gaming
Coming from a PS4 Duelsense controller, this felt like moving to a new generation of gaming. I actually like the paddles on the back of the controller. I font them to be in a useful spot and easy to hit. I mainly used the paddles on the handles and not the 2 inside ones. The software to control the controller is pretty nice. I have not had issues remapping the buttons on the controller or changing other various settings. There are a lot of very cool features that really elevate the experience of the controller. I play PGA 2k25 and being able to see the thumbstick direction on the program is pretty cool. The buttons feel very good, I really like the thumbstick and the position. Being able to control how tight the thumbstick move on the fly is really cool. I found it useful when switching between FPS and sports games. I generally like to change the right one. The XBOX buttons on the right have a satisfying click. You're really able to quickly press the buttons and get feedback. The main downside I have with this controller is connectivity. Even with the dongle plugged into my PC a couple of feet away, the controller will lose connection. I currently keep my controller plugged in so I do not get drops. I will continue looking into this. I have seen other reviews mention the same thing.

The last controller I'll ever buy.
This controller rocks. You do need to install their software to map buttons on PC but it's really nice having the 6 programmable hotkeys. Each button is tactile like a good mechanical keyboard and the sticks are amazing with no drift whatsoever. The hall effect sensors make a huge difference. I haven't noticed much change with the adjustable tension rings for the sticks but it's a cool touch I guess. Being able to swap from a clicky hair trigger to your traditional long throw trigger is nice and easy to do. Next to zero latency with the included dongle as well.
