The monk fruit itself is grown in China, like all Monk Fruit. It is exported from China in powder form and then packaged in California, USA. We use BPA-Free packaging and recycled kraft paper labels for our Monk Fruit packaging.

Hello...does it have Malitol, Dextrose, Maltodextrin or other ingredients like these...they tend to give me gas and keep me up all night?

This product "Pure Monk Fruit" has only 1 ingredient, nothing else. Just pure monk fruit powder.

I would like to know if anyone has baked or made ice cream, puddings with it? How do you know conversion for substituting with sugar?

I have made ice cream with both Smart Monk and Monk Drops, sometimes a combination of the two. The conversions are only guidelines. Your taste buds will indicate how much to use. But, beware that the final product may not taste quite as sweet as the unprocessed base. While it's possible to oversweeten (as I have done by trying to shake some out of the bottle rather than use a measuring spoon), I usually find out I didn't use quite enough. Also, some ingredients mask the sweetness more than others. You really just have to taste before you bake or freeze.
