Easier than you think!
I was really afraid of doing this shadow foam cutting process so used a piece first and couldn’t stop!It’s easy to work with, the scalpel blades are excellent but once they start dragging its time to swap it. I didn’t feel the need for the gloves but can understand why they are included.I’ve ordered more foam and blades and will completing the whole cabinet with it.

Vastly overpriced I’m afraid
This is not good value for money when all you get real is a scalpel, 5 blades and a pair of gloves and scissor clamps.A similar scalpel can be bought for as little as £5 on Amazon with 5 or more blades depending on how you search. The gloves supplied are size 9 with no option for any other size. I have large hands and require a size 10 in these types of glove (anyone in construction will understand the sizing of these types of glove) so I found these quite tight and unable to wear. As for the scissor clamps to pull at the foam, a set of long nosed pliers will do the same job really. For what is included and the cost, it’s not good value in my opinion, you can buy everything cheaper separately and the how to videos are available on YouTube.I only opted for this as it became free through an Amazon promotion when I purchased three items over the required amount.Sorry Shadow Foam🤷🏼♂️, but to everyone else I wouldn’t bother really.

A bit pricey, but good kit!
Very useful kit, although a bit pricey. Spare blades are available from amazon at good prices. Also, the foam sheets (Kaizen) are available elsewhere much cheaper from BigDug.
