I am sure that this is a fine product; however, I inadvertently ordered conditioner instead of shampoo. I thought no problem, I'll just reorder the shampoo. Guess what, the shampoo is an "add on" item and I can only buy it with another order of $25.00 or more. So, I ordered a pair of Clark sandals which brought the cost to well over $25.00. Then to my surprise, the order page told me that I couldn't buy the shampoo because it wasn't shipped by Amazon! The shoes are in route to me, but I'm still wondering just how in the world I can buy that shampoo. There must be a way-I just haven't figured it out yet. Oh,by the way, that shampoo is now shown to be an item which IS shipped by Amazon, but it is still an "add on" item. Back where I started. S/ Frustrated in Benbrook,Texas

I really like this shampoo and conditioner but this is crazy! It was so cheap at Walmart and now it so expensive. I used it for years. It’s the same. I wouldn’t call it anything special.
