Great sound, build quality, some limitations on Alexa support
This is a great speaker for the price. Don't expect it to outperform a stereo pair, but it is way better than any single bluetooth speaker I've heard, though most of these have been cheaper. I'm using in the kitchen with Amazon Music and BBC Radio mostly and it can be heard throughout the house though audiophiles would want something else for decent music playback in other rooms. The build quality/styling is excellent, a grille would be a nice option, but it does look cool without. One thing that wasn't completely clear is that whilst this supports Alexa and multi-room setup, it does not support Alexa Multiroom. This means you would need to buy additional audio pro speakers. I have a firestick connected to speakers in the lounge and it would be nice to merge the speakers into that group. That is not possible as far as I can tell, but that is a newer feature (at least the 3rd party support) than this product. It does allow you to control the speaker with alexa voice commands, do all the calendar stuff etc and the alexa app sees it as an alexa device. Not sure what all the complaints were about setup, it took me 4 mins including unboxing and i was in next room to the router, not sat next to it. Also not had an issue with the Alexa voice commands even when I'm not in the same room.

Just buy it.
Great sound and quality build. The Audio Pro app isn't brilliant and Alexa doesn't let you stop some streaming radio stations. I have to get up off my backside and push a button, woe is me. Presets won't store BBC Sounds radio channels, bit annoying but all minor points. Spotify Connect works a treat. It's looks great, sounds great and I got it for a bargain price so not complaining.

BRILLIANT SPEAKER
Excellent sound quality, option to adjust bass and treble which I do as I'm picky, love having alexa built in so easy to use also the design is beautiful as ever the build quality is first class, I still have the T3 and it's still going strong .For the size of it the performance is very impressive.

Build your multiroom speaker system around the C5A
I was really anxious buying this speaker, given the problems people have described with Audio Pro... but the sound you get is honestly amazing (as WhatHiFi 5* reviews point out) so clear, sharp and full... and at a very good price (I paid about £130). My positive experience with this first purchase gave me the confidence to gradually expand my Audio Pro multi room set up, first I got another C5A in black, then a C10 (mk1) and most recently a Drumfire D-1 (just the top part of full Drumfire). Each time the app has handled the addition of new hardware no problem, so I.am.now.playing the same.music through 4 different speakers in different part of the house. Sound is fantastic. I can only recommend based on my own experience.

Dilemma
This is a nice looking compact smart speaker. Sound quality is good for the size, and looks great in my living room.... however, I notice that there is a low level buzz coming from 2 x tweeters when the system is off (i.e. on standby [240V, 50 Hz mains supply], alexa active). It isn't loud, but annoys me. I returned the first system I had (Amazon customer services were first class) and the second system has the same issue... I contacted Audio Pro customer services, who use a ticketed work flow system and they were not very helpful - one response to suggest I return it and no response to my follow up. So, if you have background noise this will not be an issue for you. As I say above, it looks great and sounds good, and is a good price.

No BBC stations on TuneIn - clumsy app
First let me start by saying I returned this device. That’s not to say it’s bad, but it couldn’t do what I wanted. The sound quality is very good for a device this size, but if you want room filling sound then you’d need to go up to the C10 or another brand. One of my favourite things about the Audio Pro Addon series is their looks. The quality of build is incredibly high and the brass control panel is really beautiful. It would look great in any room.So why did I return it? Well, I planned to use this as a radio alarm. There is no mention of alarm facility in the spec or on Audio Pro’s website, so I queried this with them and they confirmed that you can set multiple alarms using the app. So on that basis I ordered it.Once set up (more on that in a moment), I duly set the alarm, selected TuneIn as the source and ... oh, the BBC removed all their major stations from TuneIn! This was a deal breaker for me as I wanted to wake to Radio 4 on weekdays and Radio 6music at the weekends. Had the stations been available I would have had no hesitation in keeping the unit.Set up was a little cumbersome, not immediately detecting my WiFi and requiring to use the extended set up mode as prompted by the app, but once locked on it was stable. As others have mentioned, there is a major flaw in the Alexa integration that if playing from some sources, it blocks the ability to wake Alexa with your voice and you need to push the talk button first. Hardly smooth.I also had the issue noted by another reviewer of a quiet noise when not playing. Sounded like an internal fan but was not acceptable when next to my head at night time. The Audio Pro app is pretty confusing to navigate. Takes some getting used to going back and forward between home screen, settings and devices. As a replacement I bought the Roberts Revival iStream 3 which took no time at all to set up and does exactly what I want being able to play BBC stations over DAB radio or internet radio. using the 3rd party Undock app to control is a breeze compared to the AudioPro app too.

Great sound for the money
This is a good kitchen sized speaker, with excellent sound considering the low price. The highest frequency appears to be 48KHz/16bit. It uses Linkplay for connectivity, so connects with almost everything (Amazon, Spotify, Tidal etc.) - works great networked with WiiM devices, or with a Roon server.
