Lovely book. Very informative, easy to read. Some items not easy to find in the UK. The recipes I have tried so far I have enjoyed.I love the science behind the Blood Type Diet and although I have only been following it a few month's I am loving it.

Three years ago I lost three stone while on this eating plan. It really does work!! So glad that they have brought the cookery plans out now too.

Looked, didn't like it. Loads of ingredients we won't be able to get. Wasted my money
