Disappointed
Super disappointed. Went to use these to filet some trout as we've done hundreds of times. Not going to lie i have a filet knife from Walmart sharper than this. It mutilated the meat by the time I was done. Really expected better. Not sure how I'm going to be able to use these on big game if it struggles with fish.
