It's very fresh and tastes amazing. I usually make it with lemon and honey. It’s beneficial for the body IYKYK lol.

This lavender tea is absolutely lovely. The aroma is calming, and the flavor is smooth without being overpowering. I like to drink it in the evening to unwind and it really helps me relax before bed. So far so good, it has a mild flavor and when I add my dairy free milk, it tastes a tiny bit like grits which I love!

I know I've had a good nights sleep when I wake up and my bedding isn't a tangled mess. For that reason, I love this tea! That being said...it tastes awful...very bitter. Not mildly sweet or gently spicy. LOL. So after I steep it, I add coffee creamer and lemon extract. The I chill it and drink it cold right before bed. ZZZZzzzz.....
