OK, i took a chance hoping it would fit an old Unifile file cabinet with 5/16 square shaft.It worked very well with minor modification which i expected since i was using if for a non -sandusky application...Was worried from description that the handle would be too big, (looks like 7" in description) but it is actually about 4" from center of key to end of handle. Sturdy, keys work fine, thanks

Installed in a couple of minutes. Works well and fits perfectly on my Sandusky Lee cabinet.This is not a super secure lock. While it will deter most casual and opportunistic thieves, it won't even slow down more knowledgeable or determined ones.

Perfect fit for my garage sale find cabinet that was missing the keys($200 cabinet for only $20). It comes as two locking handles (keyed alike) but they are both left hand turn as opposed to a right hand and a left hand turn as was on the cabinet originally. You can mount them with the right door one pointing up in closed position and left door handle pointing down in closed position where both point toward the hinges in open position - but that looks odd when you have it locked. I choose to mount them both with the handles pointing to the hinges while in closed position and locked, then the right points down in open and left points up in open. Either way, it solved the problem at an affordable price. Just wish it would had been a left and a right.

Fit perfectly. Came with keys and all the parts needed and it was easy to install. The old handles didn’t have a latch so it was so frustrating since they wouldn’t stay closed.

This is soooo much more than a replacement handle. These puppies will lock away all your darkest dirty secrets! Have a problem with nosey neighbors or pesky cops?! Hide everything behind these locking handles!! Like seriously do replacement handles need a review?! What’s this world coming to?! They work well as a replacement handle end of story.

Two locking cabinet handles, used to fix Sandusky cabinets that I purchased used without keys... Most cabinets only use the right side handle to lock cabinets the left is a dummy handle this set comes with a left and right locking handles so to fix two cabinets and have the same key I used the standard right hand handle to fix one cabinet . Then take apart the existing handle without key and used its right base with the new keyed handle and re-assemble, making two rights out of these....
