Rosewood Meadow Menu Guinea Pig Food, 9kg

this product is packaged well.the food smells delicious,though my guinea pigs are taking a while to transfere to these pellets.grainfree and mainly grasses ,no wheat or soya,so have to be better for there health in the longterm.the pellets are not as big as some pressed pellets.good to have a larger size pack as i have 25 guinea pigs.

The pellets themselves are great, I have no qualms with those. However, the packaging is absolutely terrible. The pellets don't come in their original Rosewood packaging, instead they just come in a thin plastic bag which was wide open at the bottom. Thankfully I have a pet food storage container on order, but I likely won't be ordering from this seller again until this is resolved (and that's if it ever does get resolved - previous reviews suggest that this has been an issue for almost 5 years).

The guinea pigs like the food, however it was delivered in a cardboard box which was fine as we knew this would be the case. However, it was in a very flimsy plastic bag inside which was placed in the box with the open side down and which ripped open when we tried to get it out of the box to refill our large pack. We now have guinea pig food all over the lounge floor.

Changed to this after finding the pets@home nuggets have so much crap in them. Took a while for the pigs to get used to these but now they are, they seem to love them.

Ordered this for a local guinea pig rescue centre not had any complaints so can only assume it was just what they needed

Very unhappy with this. 9 kg version is in just a foil and box, foil is unsealed which promote mold growth and oxidation of vitamin C. Food like that should be packed in protective atmosphere and not just dumped into box. Although food itself is great this is unacceptable

Grosse catastrophe, en dehors de l’emballage qui n’est pas adapté un sachet en plastique dans un carton, mauvaise surprise je me suis retrouvée au bout de quelques jours avec des mites alimentaires .... c’est compliqué de parvenir à se débarrasser de ça .... j’ai du tout jeter.et mes animaux n’ont en plus pas vraiment aimé par rapport aux autres que j’ai pu tester.

j'ai acheté ces granulés pour mon cochon d'Inde, mais il ne veux pas les manger, les granulés sont grosses et l'odeur n'est pas attirant.

A l'ouverture du paquet, pleins de mouches et de vers dans le produit, inadmissible ! Ma maison est maintenant avec ces dizaines de mouches.
