I have been a loyal Mae Ploy customer, but it's just a bit too spicy for me, and I am always trying to calm down the zing in the yellow Thai curry. If I eat Thai curry once during the week, I will eat it 3 times before the weekend. Yellow Thai curry is addictive. I have a sweet tooth and this is the only food/flavoring that I opt for instead of dessert.I purchased the FreshJax on a lark, not expecting more than a slight curry edge, but I was wrong. It has all the flavor of Mae Ploy, without too much heat. I make vegetable curry, using veggie broth, coconut flavoring, and almond milk.Three shakes of FreshJax and my kitchen has the aroma of my neighborhood Thai restaurant. The flavor is perfect, without frying my taste buds...It lasts a long time, for those who are off-put by the price....so well worth it in the end.

Highest quality spices I have found yet. So good, worth every penny plus it goes to a good cause too. I love the curry! Will be continuing to buy FreshJax.

I'm watching my salt intake but love curry, and this was a super easy way to make my own curry with my own desired level of salt. Simmer some coconut milk, add about a teaspoon of this curry seasoning, add a little salt to taste, and toss in whatever chicken, veggies, etc, you want. Really easy and the taste is great.

The product is excellent I’m sure. But I just wanted turmeric. Amazon’s search engine suggested this was just turmeric. Instead it is mixed curry powder and I cannot return it. So FreshJax good, Amazon bad.

I have a severe allergy to cayenne. It is hard to find curry without "capsaicin" which is the stuff in hot peppers I am allergic to. So THANK YOU FRESHJAX!!! Love this curry powder!!!

I use this in most of my roasted veggies dishes. A tiny amount is so full of flavor and adds so much taste. It’s a decent size and I can see it lasting a while even with how much I’ve been using.
