W&W Astro dew heater, 80 cm, for 8'' telescope

Used for 8" SCT Well made - there is spare overlap could maybe be used on a larger OTA within reason. Sits nicely around the tube just behind the corrector. Avoids misting. I like that it doesn't need a complicated controller - already have enough kit on the scope! However as I did want to adjust the temperature wired in a neat LED Dimmer 12-24V 8A, bought for less than £2 wired into the the matching cable to cigar stye plug and clamped to the tripod leg

These Dew Heater Straps are high quality and very well made, They hardly use any power and can rundirect from a 12v battery or a power tank.W&W customer service are superb, they answered all my questions promptly prior to me making my purchase.I made my order on a Wednesday and I emailed them asking if possible could they get them to me by Saturday.Two Hours later I received a conformation saying that they will see what they can do.Friday morning the doorbell goes and it is the postman with my dew straps.Well Done W&W Outstanding customer service
