Red Hook Serena Solid-Wood Tufted Upholstered Armless Dining Chair - Set of 2, Cosmopolitan Grey

I researched a lot of furniture sites and amazon for an affordable but nice looking tufted dining chair and am so glad I went with these!I was skeptical since a lot of the reviews mentioned they were missing parts or difficult to put together but my husband easily put them together and didn’t have any difficulties.These chairs look and feel great!

I like these chairs fine, I got two- one for each end of my dining table. They are inexpensive, so keep that in mind. The legs are rough and need sanding and re-staining and the legs are not even so I had to work on getting the chairs not to wobble. Overall, I’m pleased with them given how inexpensive they were. They will not see heavy use here, but if you are planning on heavy use or if you have rambunctious kids who will be using them I would suggest something sturdier.

Package came missing 4 legs and no screws lol... needless to say, I’m returning them.UPDATE:I’m an idiot. As I went to repackage them I heard jingling. The legs and screws were under the bottom of the seat (Velcro).

These are beautiful, well-made chairs. They arrived quickly, well-packed and with every bolt ready to be tightened to place the legs. These are constructed like higher end chairs, with spring and strap support inside the seat. Which is covered with a perfectly fitted black liner. (I ordered these via Amazon Warehouse and was told to expect the box to be damaged and hardware to be missing. For this, I got a massive discount. But everything was 100% like new and all the parts were bundled and protected.) I’m very happy with these chairs — and plan to paint the legs metallic gold just for fun.Separately, it was a little challenging to get the bolts to line up before tightening, not because the hardware was defective. It wasn’t. Technically, everything lined up like magic. It was just hard to feel my way around to get things to line up...when I couldn’t see the openings due to all of the lovely cushioning. :-)

The product came well boxed. Screws and washers and wrench found hidden within seat bottom. The picture on Amazon.com shows a light sand fabric and light wood grain legs. In reality is is a somewhat darker shade fabric and darker shade wood leg. I am a hands on guy yet the holes did not align well - I spent 30 plus minutes getting the first screw to align and go in attaching the seat and then another half hour trying to get the next screw to match the hole and engage, and was unsuccessful. I gave it up. It is not well made or high quality yet I am confident it would have been "okay" had I got it to all fit together. Not worth it.

These look good, but if you actually intend to give them regular use you will be disappointed. The cushioning has become nonexistent after a short period of regular use and they wobble and are creaky. They currently feel like the next time it go to sit I will end up on the floor...

Received without the front legs for the chairs . also did not receive any hardware. Therefore I did not receive chairs. The material is prettier than pictured however they are not chairs as the are packaged
